In the interest of corporate social responsibility, Schot Verticaal Transport offers training to people in a variety of positions within the company. We work closely with SPG, SOMA and Horizon college to offer work placements to students, which aim to offer a wide range of practical experience. Once students complete their studies, they are normally offered a job and employees are given every opportunity to develop within the company. Schot Verticaal Transport is registered with the Foundation for Cooperation on Vocational Education, Training and Labour Market (SBB) as an approved training company.
